D-GROUPS
Intentional Spiritual Development
D-groups, otherwise known as devotional groups, consist of a family unit led by certified adult volunteers. Students get to ask questions and unpack all that is the Christian Bible/ Christian faith. Group meetings are offered multiple nights of the week. D-Groups meet in safe spaces. This is an opportunity where to go past the surface level and ask the hard questions about life as a believer. These groups nurture more personal relationships between both the adult leader and other youth in
the D-group.

• It is the goal of both D-groups and one-on-one mentoring to develop spiritually mature young adults who will serve their community.
• D-group students are invited to serve as leaders in RISE, and engage in numerous opportunities to serve in areas such as the LeadNOW internship.
